Cementitious Fireproofing

Spray Applied Fireproofing is the quickest, easiest, and most cost effective way to protect your building's frame. We have experience applying low density, medium density and high density fireproofing. From concealed areas to parking garages and more, we can find the best product for your project. We are licensed applicators of Carboline, Isolatek International and GCP Applied Technologies fireproofing products.

Intumescent Paint

Intumescent fireproofing is used instead of conventional applied fireproofing when steel needs to be exposed for design or aesthetic purposes. Depending upon the final finish requirements and environmental conditions, our experienced team can have your exposed steel looking great and protected. We are licensed applicators of Carboline, Isolatek International, GCP Applied Technologies and Sherwin Williams intumescent paint.

Spray Insulation

Applied insulation is a great way of providing excellent thermal value and has several advantages over conventional batt with stick pin installations. It is a monolithic surface so there are no breaks and no way for moisture to get in. It has multiple applications including existing roof decks, soffits and parking garages below occupied spaces. We are licensed applicators of TC-417 by ThermaCoustic Industries.

Newtown Fireproofing has been providing the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions with top quality construction services since our formation in 2012. We are a specialty subcontractor that can advise and assist you with your projects of any size out of our base in Aston, PA.

Our experienced project managers, in-field superintendents and foreman are all trained to make sure your project goes according to plan. We have crews that are trained and certified in applied fireproofing systems, intumescent painting, spray insulation and firestopping. We are licensed operators of Carboline, GCP Applied Technologies and Isolatek International fireproofing systems and fiberglass insulation TC-417 by Thermacoustics Industries.
